Nick’s Motors is committed to a continued investment in stringent safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) standards.

Nick's Motors is run according to the SQAS-AFRICA management system. This is an extremely stringent discipline that applies itself to the continuous improvement to the management of the factors relating to Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ), Security and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This management system integrates these factors into the overall company management and operational performance techniques.

Every two years the SQAS-AFRICA audits assess the performance of Logistic Service Providers (LSPs) using standardised audit questionnaires, carried out by independent certified auditors. The outcome of these systematic audits focuses on issues that need attention and improvement which promote the continual improvement in the logistics operations.

Our high standards and compliance have led directly to accreditations from Sasol, TotalEnergies Zimbabwe and Puma Energy and the Chemical & Allied Industries’ Association (CAIA)

As a true testament to our strict standards, we became an accredited transporter with Sasol in 2006 with an impressive SQAS score of 97%. In our most recent audit in 2021 with CAIA, we improved our SQAS score achieving 98,1%. We remain committed to not only meeting these expectations, but exceeding them.
